Order Processing

  • Order Confirmation: Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase.
  • Order Fulfillment: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipping Carriers

We use a variety of shipping carriers to ensure your package arrives on time. Depending on your location and the service you choose, your order may be shipped via UPS, FedEx, DHL, or USPS. For international shipments, other carriers will be considered.

Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

TossCraft is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

TossCraft is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
